Deliveries into Europe may be subject to delays due to new Brexit customs procedures.
Due to the Brexit, all European deliveries are now subject to taxes and customs charges. These costs and the related formalities are the responsibility of the customer/recipient. They are to be paid to the carrier.

Important Information
- No Order Processing: Orders will not be processed on Christmas Day (25th December), Boxing Day (26th December), or New Year’s Day (1st January).
- Special Processing Times:
- Orders placed after 9:00 AM on 24th December will be processed on 27th December.
- Orders placed after 9:00 AM on 31st December will be processed on 2nd January.
- While we work closely with Royal Mail to meet delivery timelines, delays caused by weather, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
(1) Dispatch of your item(s)
(1.1) If you place your order before 9am Monday to Friday your item will be dispatched the same day. After this time your item will be sent out the following working day.
(1.2) Payments made by PayPal e-cheque will take longer to be dispatched, this is not a recommended payment method. To ensure a fast dispatch please pay using Stripe or instant payment on PayPal.
(1.3) All orders are final therefore before submitting orders please ensure all details are correct, once your order has been dispatched we are unable to change the shipping address and cancel orders.
(1.4) If you no longer want your item you will need to send the item back to our Returns Department for a refund.

(3) Additional Notes
(3.1) All deliveries are sent on a tracked service without a signature.
(3.2) If you require your item(s) to be delivered to a different location after placing the order please contact us as soon as possible so that we can attempt to resolve this. You can contact us by replying to your confirmation email or emailing customercare@laceandbeads.co.uk
(3.3) Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly and Channel Islands and any other UK non-mainland locations may take up to 5-7 working days.
(3.4) Unfortunately deliveries do not take place on bank holidays, in this instance please expect your delivery/dispatch on the next working day.
(3.5) Any Express or Next day service only applies for delivery from Tuesday – Friday (on orders placed from Monday to Thursday before 9am). Express delivery orders placed after 9am on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.
(3.6) We do not provide a Saturday delivery service, however our customer care team may be able to assist you so please get in touch via customercare@laceandbeads.co.uk. Or make a request in your order notes.
(3.7) For International deliveries including Europe and North America, we are unable to deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank holidays. Any custom clearance charges that may be incurred during delivery must be covered by yourself, the customer.
(3.8) BANK HOLIDAY NOTICE: Please note that we do not dispatch or deliver on bank holidays as our offices are closed. If you have ordered Express delivery your item will be dispatched on the next working day.
