Shipping policy
(1) Dispatch of your item(s)
(1.1) If you place your order before 9am Monday to Friday your item will be dispatched the same day. After this time your item will be sent out the following working day.
(1.2) Payments made by PayPal e-cheque will take longer to be dispatched, this is not a recommended payment method. To ensure a fast dispatch please pay using Stripe or instant payment on PayPal.
(1.3) All orders are final therefore before submitting orders please ensure all details are correct, once your order has been dispatched we are unable to change the shipping address and cancel orders.
(1.4) If you no longer want your item you will need to send the item back to our Returns Department for a refund.

(2.2) Delivery Charges
We are currently providing a free shipping and postage service for orders over £200 being delivered to the UK and over £300 that are delivered overseas.
Our Regular Shipping prices are as below;
United Kingdom Mainland
Express Delivery: £5.50
Duration: Express delivery is where royal mail will aim to deliver on the next business day (including Saturdays) if the order is placed before 9am.
Standard Delivery: £3.99
Duration: 3-5 working days
United Kingdom (All other locations – Not Mainland)
Express Delivery: £5.50 (This service is currently unavailable)
Duration: Next Day Delivery (Applicable for orders placed before 9am)

Republic Of Ireland
Standard Postage - £7.99
Duration: 3-5 working days
Europe
Standard Shipping - £12.99
Duration: 4-7 working days
North America
Standard Shipping - £15.99

(3) Additional Notes
(3.1) All deliveries are sent on a tracked service without a signature.
(3.2) If you require your item(s) to be delivered to a different location after placing the order please contact us as soon as possible so that we can attempt to resolve this. You can contact us by replying to your confirmation email or emailing customercare@laceandbeads.co.uk
(3.3) Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly and Channel Islands and any other UK non-mainland locations may take up to 5 working days.
(3.4) Unfortunately deliveries do not take place on bank holidays, in this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
(3.5) Any Express or Next day service only applies for delivery from Tuesday – Friday (on orders placed from Monday to Thursday before 9am). Orders placed before 9am on Friday will be delivered on Monday.
(3.6) We do not provide a Saturday delivery service, however our customer care team may be able to assist you so please get in touch via customercare@laceandbeads.co.uk
(3.7) For International deliveries including Europe and North America, we are unable to deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank holidays. Any customs charges that may be incurred during delivery must be covered by yourself, the customer.
(3.8) BANK HOLIDAY NOTICE: Please note that we do not dispatch or deliver on bank holidays as our offices are closed. If you have ordered Express Delivery or Saturday Delivery your item will be dispatched on the next working day.
