Returns and Refunds

1.1. Eligibility: We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Please note: When trying on clothing items, ensure they remain free from marks or scents (e.g., perfume, deodorant, smoke, makeup). We can't accept items that show signs of not adhering to these guidelines.

1.2. Refund Process: Once your return is received and processed, we will send you a confirmation email.

1.3 Return Instructions: Returns are the responsibility of the customer. Please send the item(s) back to our Lace & Beads Returns Department using the enclosed returns note or a piece of paper with your order number, name, and reason for return.

1.4 Tracked Service: We request all returned items are to be sent to our Lace & Beads Returns Department using a tracked service. This helps us track returns and locate any misplaced items during transit.

1.5. Customer Responsibility: It's your responsibility to ensure safe delivery and that the return reaches us within the specified time frame.

1.6. International Returns: For international customers, we recommend using a tracked delivery service with insurance to cover the goods in case of transit mishaps.

1.7. Proof of Postage: Keep your proof of postage until you receive your refund. Items purchased from must be returned by post and not to any other store or concession.

1.8. In-Store Purchases: Items purchased from stores and concessions must be returned to the respective store.

1.9. Non-Purchased Items: We cannot accept items not purchased from our website.

2.1. Processing Time: The time for a refund to appear in your account varies based on your card issuer. This is beyond our control.

2.2. Refund Processing: Please allow up to 2 weeks from the date we receive your return for the refund to be processed. If you have not received a refund within this timeframe please contact us at

2.3. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the same card used for the original payment.

2.4. Expired Cards: If your card has expired, inform us in advance. You'll receive a confirmation email regarding the refund.


3.1. No Exchange Service: We do not offer exchanges. To get a different item or size, order the correct one and return the unwanted item within the specified timeframe.


4.1. Order Cancellation: To cancel an order before shipping, contact us immediately. If dispatched, you may need to initiate a return upon receiving the items.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

5.1. Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos for assessment. Approved cases will receive a free returns label.

In the case you have already sent the faulty item back and  you require your postage costs refunded, we require a copy of the postage receipt which clearly states the amount paid by the sender.  A copy of this can be sent via email to with the subject as your order number. 

We will only refund standard shipping costs (with a tracking service) and will not pay for express/special shipping or any other additional insurance costs.

5.2 Refund Processing: Refunds will only be processed after the item(s) have been received and approved by our returns department.  

5.3 Garment Care: We will not offer postage refunds if the correct garment care instructions have not been adhered to or if the garments faults are in line with normal wear and tear.
