(1.1) If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) to us in their original condition with all tags intact within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt.
(1.2) When trying on items of clothing, please make sure that they do not come in to contact with anything that may mark or add scent to them, for e.g. Perfume, deodorant, smoke, make up etc. We will be unable to accept any returned item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been adhered to.
(1.3) The item or items must be returned to us by post enclosed with the returns note stating the purpose of return and any other enclosed documentation.
(1.4) All returned items must be sent back to the Lace & Beads Returns Department on a tracked service. This is so that we may access the tracking information at any point and in the occasion that the return is misplaced during transit.
(1.5) If you have lost your returns note, just simply enclose a piece of paper with your order number, name and reason for return. Or alternatively we can send you an email copy. You can also download our standard return form template from the link at the bottom of the page.
(1.6) When sending item(s) back it is the customer’s responsibility that it reaches us safely and within the return time frame.
(1.7) For international customers we recommend that you send item(s) back using a tracked delivery service that insures the value of the goods in case the delivery is misplaced during transit.
(1.8) Please keep all proof of postage safe until you receive your refund. All products purchased from www.laceandbeads.co.uk must only be returned to us by post and cannot be returned to any other store or concession, or by hand.
(1.9) Products purchased from stores and concessions cannot be returned to us, they must be returned to the store they were purchased from.
(1.10) We cannot accept responsibility for any items that have not been purchased from this website.

(2.1) The length of time for a refund to appear in your account will vary depending on the card issuer. This is outside of our control.
(2.2) Please allow up to 30 days from the date that the return is received for the refund to be processed.
(2.3) We will only refund amounts to the same card from which the original payment was taken.
(2.4) If your card has expired since payment was made, please make sure you let us know in advance. You will receive a confirmation email from us to confirm the refund.
(3.1) We do not provide an exchange service.
(3.2) If you require a new item / size please order the correct item and return the item that you do not require. Please ensure that the returned item is received within the correct timeline as specified.
(4) Faulty/ Incorrect Items
(4.1) All products are rigorously inspected before dispatch, however if the item you received is faulty or not what you purchased, then please proceed by returning the item with the Return Form.
(4.2) If you have misplaced your return form you can download another copy from the order confirmation email or add a note with the following information;
- Customer name
- Customer order number
- Reason for return.
(4.3) You have 28 days from receipt to return any items back to us.
(4.4) Delivery costs will also be refunded if the product dispatched is faulty or if the wrong item were sent to you.
(5) Postage Refund
(5.1) In the case that you are returning a faulty item and require your postage costs refunded, we require a copy of the postage receipt which clearly states the amount paid by the sender. A copy of this can be sent via email to email@example.com with the subject as your order number.
(5.2) We will only refund standard shipping costs (with a tracking service) and will not pay for express/special shipping or any other additional insurance costs.
(5.3) Refunds will only be processed after the item(s) have been received and approved by our returns department.
(5.4) We will not offer postage refunds if the correct garment care instructions have not been adhered to or if the garments faults are in line with normal wear and tear.
